Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email notification with tracking info once your order has shipped.

Shipping Times (U.S. Orders):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–4 business days
  • Priority Shipping: 2–3 business days
    Please note delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and carrier.

Shipping Rates:

  • Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $40 (before tax and after discounts)
  • For orders under $40, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method

International Shipping:
We currently ship to select countries outside the U.S. Delivery times and rates vary by destination. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.


Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility:
We accept returns on unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original packaging and condition.

Non-Returnable Items:
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any opened rolling papers, cones, or kits.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at hello@uforolls.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the item(s), and we’ll make it right.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method (minus shipping costs, if applicable). You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.

Return Shipping:
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
